Learn, hands-on, how to make this much-loved Greek food! You will work on your own to shape flakey and tender phyllo dough to make your pie ‘crusts’, then prepare a savory spinach and feta cheese filling to stuff your pies. A Chinese dumpling-making class is a fun and interactive way to learn about Chinese culture while mastering the art of making jiaozi, a beloved traditional dish. This class will teach how to prepare various filling materials, dough, folding techniques, sealing method, cooking method, and dipping sauce. Material fee of $15 payable to instructor at first class. List of cooking tools needed will be supplied at registration.

This new and energetic class replaces STARZ gymnastics classes. We will incorporate tumbling moves, dance routines, fitness games, and fun movement-based exercises, promoting coordination, team work, and FUN while staying active in our same supportive STARZ environment.
