LOCS Enrichment Services

This is an organized workout for conditioning and improving stroke technique. Level 1 triathlon coach will be on deck with a written workout. You must be able to swim 4 lengths of the pool in 3 minutes. Singe Drop-in rate is $10.00. Punch cards are $95.00 for 10 practices.
