This is an interactive, hands-on class where you learn how to make the dough, flaky oil pastry, beef filling, rolling and shaping techniques needed to create perfect layers, instructions on how to cook them at home. Material fee of $16 payable to instructor at first class. List of cooking tools needed will be supplied at registration.
