Meet your instructor: Heather Duff is a certified personal trainer. She is a mom of two boys and like many of the people she works with, she has had to learn how to balance health, family, work, and everything in between. Over the past six years she has lost 80 pounds. Throughout her journey she has learned that progress isn’t perfect; it’s full of ups, downs, and restarts. Heather believes that fitness should be a supportive place where people feel understood and not judged. Her goal with Everyday Strong is to create a space where real people can show up as they are, build strength, and work towards becoming stronger in a way that fits their everyday life.
