Special Girl Date Night Dance
Girls ages 5 to 12 are invited to spend an evening with their dad, grandpa or uncle. Please register each person that will be attending.

Hip-Hop/Acrodance
Fun, high energy, and upbeat! Class begins with a thorough warm up taught to fast music, and then learn today’s hottest dance style while we incorporate acrobatics and tumbling. Dancers learn to isolate their bodies with control, precision, and rhythm. Music and choreography will be age appropriate. Please bring a water bottle and wear dance or athletic clothing (no jeans). Class will participate in recital at the end of the session. For more information on the recital, please see the confirmation notes on your receipt or call the office at 248-693-5436, ext. 1.

Pilates is a form of exercise, which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. Variations can be done for all levels and you can work at your own pace.

The class will focus on both cardiovascular and strength training movement in intervals to maximize caloric output, fat burning, muscle strengthening and toning.
