Puddle Jumpers 2
This class is for children between the ages of 3-5 years old. They must be able to front float or back float with without assistance, face fully submerged and are starting to do combined arm and leg action for 2 body lengths. They will be working on independent swimming.

Similar to yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. Variations can be done for all levels and you can work at your own pace.
