Puddle Jumpers 1&2
This is a combination Puddle Jumpers 1&2 for ages 3-5 years old. This class is without a parent. Skills taught will be working towards independent water entry, supported kicking, supported front float and back float without assistance, face fully submerged and starting to do combined arm and leg action for 2 body lengths of the child. They will continue to work towards independent swimming.

In this class, we will be crafting a Minecraft world of our own in the hills or forest. Maybe even under the ocean! Let’s mine for diamonds and keep the creepers at bay and find the villagers. iPads will be provided to use in class or you may bring your own device.

A beginner cookie decorating experience and an evening of fun, laughter & new skills! Kristel’s Cookie Creations will guide you through each step of the process in decorating custom cookies. This class is perfect for all skill levels. By the end of the session, you will have learned basic piping and flooding techniques and will go home with a box of beautifully decorated cookies. Ages: 12+ (under 16 must be accompanied by an adult also registered in the class.) Registration will end 4 days prior to the class. No refunds will be given after 4 days prior to the class.

This class will teach how to prepare various filling materials, dough, folding techniques, sealing method, cooking method, and dipping sauce. Material fee of $16 payable to instructor at first class. A popular street food in China, known for their golden color, crispy exterior, and tender rich flavor of filling. This is an interactive, hands-on class where you learn how to make the dough, flaky oil pastry, beef filling, rolling and shaping techniques needed to create perfect layers, instructions on how to cook them at home. Material fee of $16 payable to instructor at first class. List of cooking tools needed will be supplied at registration.

Wonton and Crispy Pancakes with Spring Onion, is a widely loved street food and easy to make at home. One is served in soup and the other dry. Making them together is a classically balanced pairing. Material fee is $12 payable to instructor at first class. List of cooking tools needed will be supplied at registration.
