This class introduces basic steps, timing, and style of each dance as well as provides several eye-catching sequences while more experienced dancers can fine-tune the steps they already know. A Chinese dumpling-making class is a fun and interactive way to learn about Chinese culture while mastering the art of making jiaozi, a beloved traditional dish. This class will teach how to prepare various filling materials, dough, folding techniques, sealing method, cooking method, and dipping sauce. Material fee of $16 payable to instructor at first class. List of cooking tools needed will be supplied at registration.

In this one-night class, your instructor will take you behind-the-scenes in the voice over field for a fun and realistic look at how the voice over field really works. You’ll gain inside perspective on developing skills, and how to leverage your voice's strengths and interests, and more. You’ll also have an opportunity to record a sample professional voice over under the direction of the instructor. This one-time crash course is the perfect way to learn the basics of fiery, fun Latin dances like rumba, merengue, salsa, cha-cha, and tango—all in a single, high-energy session. No partner? No problem! This class is designed for beginners and curious dancers alike. Have a foundation in Spanish and looking to go further? Dive into some of the most commonly used conversational Spanish verbs! In this 8-week class, we’ll dedicate each hour to a verb or two and focus on uncovering the many (and powerful!) conversational uses of some of the most versatile Spanish verbs like “llevar”, “tocar”, and “quedar”. When you grasp multi-use verbs, you gain greater strength and flexibility in your Spanish, sounding more advanced! Pilates is a form of exercise, which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. Variations can be done for all levels and you can work at your own pace. Please bring a water bottle, a mat and 1-3 pound weights.
