NEW! Everyday Strong: Real Life Strength- VIRTUAL CLASS
Fitness
Build strength that supports your everyday life. This virtual class is designed for busy adults who want efficient, effective workouts to improve strength, mobility, and endurance all from the convenience of your own home. Each session combines functional strength training, core work, and light cardio to help you feel stronger, move better, and handle real life demands with ease. If unable to attend, a scheduled class recording will be emailed after the class. Equipment Needed: Light to medium dumbbells, resistance bands, glider, and a yoga ball. All equipment is optional and household items can be used as substitutes. A zoom link will be emailed 24 hours before the class. Meet your instructor: Heather Duff is a certified personal trainer. She is a mom of two boys and like many of the people she works with, she has had to learn how to balance health, family, work, and everything in between. Over the past six years she has lost 80 pounds. Throughout her journey she has learned that progress isn’t perfect; it’s full of ups, downs, and restarts. Heather believes that fitness should be a supportive place where people feel understood and not judged. Her goal with Everyday Strong is to create a space where real people can show up as they are, build strength, and work towards becoming stronger in a way that fits their everyday life.
