Does your young chef like to cook? This class will focus on winter1-pot meals with a side dish. Kids will learn cooking fundamentals, knife basics, kitchen safety, and nutrition. The last class will end with a cupcake wars competition! This class is a nut-free class. Registration includes material fee of $95.

This class focuses on developing situational awareness as well as learning self-defense techniques applicable to various attacks. From a simple wrist grab to an attempted choke, students will learn defensive as well as offensive skills. Additional topics will cover identification/use of potential weapons, vulnerable target areas on attackers as well as kicking, punching, and throwing drills. Class is taught by American Martial Arts Academy Fourth Dan (Masters) and Third Dan Black Belts.

Studio class students will work on individual paintings with the advice of instructor. This class is for those with some previous painting experience, need not be extensive, just the basics.

TGA makes it convenient and fun for your child to learn to play golf right in the school gym! Our curriculums were specially designed by industry-leading golf professionals and education specialists to ensure that lesson plans are age appropriate and easy to understand and retain. Students will experience a mix of golf instruction, rules and etiquette lessons, educational components, character development lessons and physical activity as they advance through the five-level program. Our screened and certified instructors have a passion for working with children and are trained to help your student-athlete develop a strong foundation of skills and knowledge as well as a passion for the sport. TGA provides all equipment. First-time students receive a TGA hat and Student Handbook. Continuing students (orange, red, blue and black levels) receive a different gift for their level. On the final day, all students receive a hat clip corresponding to the level they just completed. TGA guarantees a student-coach ration of 8-1 or better.

A mindful form of Hatha yoga presented through guided sequence. A class which offers strength and flexibility though breath awareness with soothing aromatherapy. Optional massage in final resting pose-great for all levels of yoga.

Calling all Brownies! Earn a vintage Brownie badge with our theatre teacher, Megan Firis. Brownies will complete all badge requirements and receive their badge plus a fun patch on the last day of class. Learn how to be an actor and put on a play in a fun and stress-free way. An informal performance will be held on the last day. A material fee of $5 is payable to the instructor at check-in. Drop offs encouraged - Girl Scout background checked adult ratios and safety guidelines will be followed. No Tagalongs please.

For any level volleyball player. Two open courts. Pick-up games played weekly. Enjoy a good workout and an evening of fun. Drop in available, $6 per session.
