LOCS Enrichment Services

This class is for the child who can do front crawl/freestyle and elementary backstroke. The child must be able to jump into deep water. We will focus on proper rotary breathing and introduce breastroke and backstroke, diving, scissor kick will be introduced for sidestroke.

This class is for the child who passed level 5. This is a swim conditioning class to refine technique and will emphasize stroke technique and endurance.

Preparing your little one to love the beautiful game. Mini Dragons is a soccer education program available for all skill levels and ages. This is a great way to introduce physical movements, develop speed and agility, acquire soccer skills both on and off the field, all while preparing your Dragon for the next step and playing on a real sports team. Uniform package (jersey with number, shorts and socks) required and purchased separately for $20.

This class is for ages 6 months to 3.5 years old with a parent in the water. This class will stress safety and teaches parents, grandparents and caregivers how to help their child become comfortable in the water. Swimming diapers are required under swim suit if the child is not potty-trained. Level of support and assistance from parent will vary depending upon the skill level and confidence of the child. Skills to be introduced: bubble blowing, front an back float, reaching, kicking, jumping in the water, beginning arm movements on the front and back all supported and safety in and around the pool.

This swim class is for 3 years old. This is the first class without a parent. Skills taught will be independent water entry, supported kicking, supported front and back floats and glides, supported front and back swims, bubble blowing and face submerge. All skills will be done with support.
