Cheernastics
Learn cheerleading basics including sideline cheers, floor cheers, jumps, tumbling and stunts, a pom/dance routine, and mounting/pyramids. Please pack a water bottle and wear athletic clothing. Participants will perform in recital. For extra tumbling skills, participants are encouraged to join tumbling clinics or open gym on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Puddle Jumpers 1&2
This is a combination Puddle Jumpers 1&2 for ages 3-5 years old. This class is without a parent. Skills taught will be working towards independent water entry, supported kicking, supported front float and back float without assistance, face fully submerged and starting to do combined arm and leg action for 2 body lengths of the child. They will continue to work towards independent swimming.

Full access to Starz room includes mats, small bars, small beam, vault springboard, and loads of props/toys. Practice your skills or just burn off some energy. The program is designed to teach beginners, from first grade up, the concepts of self-discipline, self-defense and self-confidence to make the right choices. In this beginner class, parents are welcome to JOIN and train with their children and increase their flexibility while mastering proper balance and coordination skills in the same class. Stop by and talk to certified black belt instructors at the demonstration on the first night. Tournaments available. Registration fee of $150 payable at first night demonstration class.

This class is for the child who can submerge face completely under water and float independently. We will be working on independent front an back floating and swimming 3-4 body lengths with arms and legs as well as jumping in deep water.

This class is for a child who can swim independently for 5 body lengths with combined arm and leg action (front crawl) and be able to jump in and fully submerge and recover. This class will introduce rotary breathing and focus mainly on freestyle and introduce swimming 1 length of the pool and jumping in deep water, backstroke, elementary backstroke and treading.

This class is for the child who can do front crawl/freestyle and elementary backstroke. The child must be able to jump into deep water. We will focus on proper rotary breathing and introduce breastroke and backstroke, diving, scissor kick will be introduced for sidestroke.

This class is for the child who has passed level 4. We will be focusing on swimming 50 yards of each competitive stroke including sidestroke and elementary backstroke, treading water and diving into deep water. Freestyle flip turns will be introduced.

Break day fun! Mini camps will be offered when students are off for a half day. Busing will be available to take students from their school to the CERC building. Registration deadline is one week before camp. PLEASE NOTE: Paint Creek, Stadium and Webber have a half day on December 4. Blanche Sims, Carpenter and Orion Oaks have a half day on December 11. Please be sure to register for the right date according to the elementary that your child attends.
