Masters Swimming

Spring/Summer 2024

This is an organized workout for conditioning and improving stroke technique.  Level 1 triathlon coach will be on deck with a written workout.  You must be able to swim 4 lengths of the pool in 3 minutes.  Singe Drop-in rate is $10.00.  Punch cards are $85.00 for 10 practices.  Practices will begin 3/10-5/19.  No swim practice on 3/31/24.
