A dumpling and Potstickers making class is a fun and interactive way to learn about Chinese culture while mastering the art of making jiaozi, a beloved traditional dish. This class will teach how to prepare various filling materials, dough, folding techniques, sealing method, cooking method, and dipping sauce. Material fee of $16 payable to instructor at first class. List of cooking tools needed will be supplied at registration.
