Breathe, stretch, and strengthen in this all-level yoga class designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. Yoga is an ancient practice for creating unity between the body, mind and spirit. Using traditional postures and stretches, we focus on total body movement with attention to alignment, body awareness, and strength. Come as you are, quiet your mind, reduce your stress and leave feeling centered, grounded, and refreshed. Bring a water bottle and a mat.
