Summer day camps run 9 am to 4 pm daily. AM (7-9 am) and PM (4-6 pm) extended care available.
Open Swim for recreation and fitness swimming.
This class is a mindful movement practice that focuses on deep stretching exercises combined with intentional breathing techniques to improve flexibility, release tension, and promote relaxation throughout the body, suitable for all levels and often incorporating props to deepen stretches while maintaining awareness of the breath throughout the session; essentially, it's a class designed to help you lengthen your muscles while actively calming the mind through focused breathing. Please bring a water bottle, mat and blanket.
