Instructor Cynthia Bass (a dancer certified in both Yoga and Pilates) is offering a Barre class is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that combines elements of Ballet, Pilates, Yoga, and strength training. Focusing on small, controlled movements to engage muscles and build strength and flexibility.
Bare feet preferred. Bring mat, small weights, and water bottle.
