After care for mini school daze camps, 4 pm - 6 pm

The program will start with an instructional clinic on December 14. Practices will begin the week of January 6. Games will be played on January 11, 18, 25, February 1, 8, and 22. Volunteer coaches are needed for the girls league. Games are officiated by current high school players within the Lake Orion program. We ask that coaches and spectators are mindful that they are volunteering their time and that it is a great learning opportunity for them with the league being at the youth level.

This is a ARC Lifeguard Class for those who wish to receive Lifeguard certification. This class will be a combination of both in-person and online learning options. This class is designed to help you get your certification. All dates of the class must be attended in order to get your ARC Lifeguard certification. You must be 15 years old to be in this class.

This is a ARC Lifeguard Review Classes for those who have a certification that will expire soon. This class will be a combination of both in-person and online learning options. This class is designed to help you get your certification or update your skills while also extending your certification for another two years. You must attend all sessions of the course in order to get your full certification.

This is an organized workout for conditioning and improving stroke technique. Level 1 triathlon coach will be on deck with a written workout. You must be able to swim 4 lengths of the pool in 3 minutes. Singe Drop-in rate is $10.00. Punch cards are $85.00 for 10 practices. Practices will begin 10/1/23-12/17/23. Practices will be announced in December for 2024. No swim practice on 10/15/23, 10/29/23 and 11/26/23.

Join our team for the gymnast who wants to commit to gymnastics all year long. Gymnasts will personalize their skills, work on perfecting their routines, and attend one local competition (within a one hour drive). Members are expected to commit to the program for all 3 sessions (fall, winterand spring). Additional expenses such as team leotards, warm-ups, competition fees, and additional practices will be discussed but not exceed $200(due in two payments).A mandatory parent meeting will take place atfirst class, Wednesday, September 11, at 6:30 pm. Gymnasts are encouraged to register for open gym sessions and clinics as well. Open registration is only available in the fall. New registrations will not be taken in the winter or spring session. For planning purposes, all sessions that are required are listed below. Fall participants can register for later sessions any time before the session begins.
