On Your Mark Youth Fitness is designed to help children of all ability levels learn to move their bodies in a powerful and dynamic manner. Through fitness games, exercises, and team challenges, children become stronger and healthier in an environment that is both fun and positive.

Zumba Dance and Fitness combines high energy and motivating music (popular and international) with easy to follow moves and combinations. Improve your posture and balance while engaging in a full body workout sculpting your muscles and creating that lean ballet body. Barre work and floor work give a variation to the class. Ballet shoes required.

Ballet/Tap/Jazz
Dance
This class develops a dance work ethic in a positive atmosphere that builds self-esteem. The students will learn proper ballet technique, vocabulary, jumps, and leaps while incorporating them into many different styles of dance. Jazz incorporates stretching, across the floor combinations, and stylized routines. Tap concentrates on rhythm, improvisation, and tap choreography. Dance apparel and shoes suggested but not mandatory. Please pack a water bottle. Class will participate in a recital at the end of the session. Get ready for weddings, cruises or special occasions or just enjoy a date night by learning the basics of Waltz, Swing, Fox Trot and a mix of the Latin dances. This class introduces basic steps, timing, and style of each dance as well as provides several eye-catching sequences while more experienced dancers can fine-tune the steps they already know. Soon you will be gliding effortlessly across the floor. Wear smooth sole shoes.

Beginner Adult Swim Class
Adult
This class is designed to help the adult become more comfortable in the water and overcome any fear in the water. This is a beginning class and the instructor will help each student with these basic skills: breath control through mouth/nose, front/back float as well as beginning arm and kick movement for freestyle and feel safe and comfortable around the water.

Learn cheerleading basics including sideline cheers, floor cheers, jumps, tumbling and stunts, a pom/dance routine, and mounting/pyramids. Please pack a water bottle and wear athletic clothing. Dragon Elite Boys Basketball League

The Lake Orion Varsity Basketball Staff and players are excited to bring you the Dragons Elite Youth Basketball League. Teams will be coached & taught by parent volunteers. Designed to fit into your busy schedule with practices and games being on the same day. This league will meet for 7 Sundays with the first Sunday being practice only. The following six Sundays will include practice and games. Practices will be 45 minutes.

The same people who brought you Mini Dragons Soccer now offer 7-11 year olds 60 challenging but fun soccer training activities with functional muscle development drills, infused with 15+ minute competitive games, reviewing all the steps to play a real soccer game. Shinguards are required for all ages. Uniform package (jersey with number, shorts and socks) required and purchased separately for $20.

Transform afterschool into an adventure of art and discovery with Young Rembrandts! Our students will explore basic composition with our Fish Below Ice drawing and will travel to the Great Wall of China right from their desk. If you die without an estate plan, your family will be subjected to the long, expensive and stressful probate process and at the end the state says who gets what from your estate. Even worse, if you have minor children a judge will decide who will raise them. Learn everything you should know about wills, trusts, powers of attorney and guardian nominations and how you can avoid the pitfalls of probate.

This is the perfect opportunity for spending some quality time together as father and son while having fun playing the classic game of cornhole.
