Summer day camps run 9 am to 4 pm daily. AM (7-9 am) and PM (4-6 pm) extended care available.

Get a head start on beginning band! Learn the basics of playing your instrument. Student must be enrolled in 6th grade band at a Lake Orion Middle School in Fall 2025. Taught by Lake Orion Middle School band directors and other area teachers. Latchkey is available at 7:30 am each day if needed (additional fee of $5 per day). Save $5 if registered by June 5.
Instrument needed: flute, clarinet, trumpet, or trombone. If you have not obtained an instrument, you can call Marshall Music of Lansing at 517-337-9700 to make arrangements. When you rent, tell them that you require "summer delivery." You may also rent an instrument from McCourt's Music in Waterford. Avoid department store instruments. Also, we recommend that you do nor purchase online (eBay, Amazon, Marketplace, etc.) without guidance from your band director.
