Pilates Stretch and Strengthen
Pilates is a form of exercise, which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. Variations can be done for all levels and you can work at your own pace.

Ballet/Tap/Jazz
This class develops a dance work ethic in a positive atmosphere that builds self-esteem. The students will learn proper ballet technique, vocabulary, turns, jumps, and leaps while incorporating them into many different styles of dance. Jazz incorporates stretching, across the floor combinations, and stylized routines. Tap concentrates on rhythm, improvisation, and tap choreography. Dance apparel and shoes suggested but not mandatory. Class will participate in a recital at the end of the session. This class introduces basic steps, timing, and style of each dance and provides several eye-catching sequences while more experienced dancers can fine tune the steps they already know. Soon you will be gliding effortlessly across the floor! Wear smooth sole shoes.

By attending this info session, you will meet a local professional Spanish/English translator and member of the American Translators Association who will explain the benefits of including bilingual content and answer your questions. You’ll learn about the growth of the Spanish-speaking market in the U.S., the benefit of offering bilingual content, how language challenges can impact your business, where AI translation fits in, and how your business or organization can best accommodate the Limited English Proficiency community.

Conversational Spanish with Español con ánimo!
Special Interest
Open to all levels, this loosely structured class, provides the opportunity for anyone learning or growing their Spanish to practice listening to and speaking with others in a conversational format. Each week the instructor will provide a discussion topic and handout with new phrases and conversational vocabulary relevant to recent news, travel, culture, holidays, and workplace situations with time for questions, discussion, and conversational practice with other students.

Dragon Elite Boys Basketball League

The Lake Orion Varsity Basketball Staff and players are excited to bring you the Dragons Elite Youth Basketball League. Teams will be coached & taught by parent volunteers. Designed to fit into your busy schedule with practices and games being on the same day. This league will meet for 7 Sundays with the first Sunday being practice only. The following six Sundays will include practice and games. Practices will be 45 minutes.

Love soccer and working hard to have a winning season with your team? Trying to figure out if playing soccer at the travel level is for you? The same people who brought you Mini Dragons Soccer now offer 7-11 year olds 60 challenging but fun soccer training activities with functional muscle development drills, infused with 15+ minute competitive games, reviewing all the steps to play a real soccer game. A uniform jersey is included in the registration fee. Shinguards are required for all ages.

YR artists are in for a treat with a lineup of inspiring fun-filled drawing lessons. We will have so much fun drawing a unicorn, robots and a dazzling pop art dog filled with brilliant colors and whimsical patterns. Renowned artist Pablo Picasso will be the focus of our art history lesson. We will draw cartoons, too! Have fun learning while drawing with Young Rembrandts!

If not, you don’t want to miss this program brought to you by attorney Michelle McRee of McRee Law, PLLC. If you die without an estate plan, your family will be subjected to the long, expensive and stressful probate process and at the end the state says who gets what from your estate. Even worse, if you have minor children a judge will decide who will raise them. Learn everything you should know about wills, trusts, powers of attorney and guardian nominations and how you can avoid the pitfalls of probate.
