After care for mini school daze camps, 4 pm - 6 pm

This class develops a dance work ethic in a positive atmosphere that builds self-esteem. The students will learn proper ballet technique, vocabulary, jumps, and leaps while incorporating them into many different styles of dance. Jazz incorporates stretching, across the floor combinations, and stylized routines. Tap concentrates on rhythm, improvisation, and tap choreography. Dance apparel and shoes suggested but not mandatory. Please pack a water bottle. Class will participate in a recital at the end of the session. The same people who brought you Mini Dragons Soccer now offer 7-11 year olds 60 challenging but fun soccer training activities with functional muscle development drills, infused with 15+ minute competitive games, reviewing all the steps to play a real soccer game. Shinguards are required for all ages. Uniform package (jersey with number, shorts and socks) required and purchased separately for $20.

Full access to Starz gymnastics room including mats, bars, beams, vault, and loads of props/toys. Practice your skills or just burn off some energy. Staff member is present to ensure safety; however, no formal lesson will occur.

In just a few hours, you can learn enough secrets of the trade to give you years of musical enjoyment. Learn to play piano or guitar the way professionals do-using chords. These classes are being held online with ZOOM so you will be able to sit at your piano or keyboard at home and take this course with no pressure at all. And since this course includes an online book and online follow up video lessons, you will be able to continue your practice and study on your own. An optional periodic online question and answer session is also included. A recording of the class is included as well. The course is partly lecture/demonstration and partly hands on instruction. Instant Guitar Topics include: how chords work in a song, how to form the three main types of chords, how to tune your guitar, basic strumming patterns, how to buy a good guitar (things to avoid), and how to play along with simple tunes.
