Summer day camps run 9 am to 4 pm daily. AM (7-9 am) and PM (4-6 pm) extended care available.
Open Swim for recreation and fitness swimming.
A slow flow class with emphasized postures, fluid transitions and breath work. Gentle engagement to open, lengthen and strengthen the body. There will be an opportunity to add to certain poses and increase stamina allowing for individual creativity and fitness level. Please bring a water bottle, mat and yoga blocks if desired.
