Rata2ee is a culinary academy offering hands-on instruction in cooking techniques including: knife basics (cutting skills), cooking fundamentals, food science and nutrition, kitchen safety, proper food handling, gardening 101 (very basics of gardening), and kids’ yoga. This camp teaches a very holistic approach to healthy living. Children will eat three meals (making their own breakfast, a 3-course lunch, and dessert), so no packing snacks or lunches for parents. This camp teaches strong character-building skills. Registration includes material fee of $189. Class will end at 3 pm on Friday.
